Kiara the Social Worker here at the Norfolk location....She is Da BOMB!!!!!!!! She has been helping me out with some difficult issues and again she is da BOMB!!!!

The only reason i didn’t give a 5 Star is because my mother in law has only been there a week. Let me say that it ya been fabulous this far and i will update my review to a 5 Star in due time. We luckily got a transfer to this facility from Consulate (which i do not recommend to anyone, not even your worst enemy)..anyways, they have been to the upmost professional staff yet. We have been notified about paper work, sat down with the WHOLE staff that would be taking care of my MIL and discussed any needs and concerns and what to expect from here on out. My MIL has done a 360* in her mood, she looks happier. She seems happier and is getting out. They actually have calender of events posted, options for therapy dogs and more. I highly recommend them for your loved ones..

Signature HealthCARE of Norfolk has a phenomenal group of hard working and dedicated people! They are passionate about providing the best quality of care possible to their residents and making every experience a positive one. I always enjoy my visits at this facility.

As a teammember of Signature Healthcare I want to publicly commend the staff on putting forth their best efforts daily. I personally see these people come in each day despite the many obstacles we all face with one mission..and that is to care for those in need. Each day here I am reminded why I am in healthcare. I appreciate them all!
